When Pennsylvania Builders Supply lost its lease in 2015 to a major deep-pocket developer

(after over 25 years in business) they knew that relocating “as is” would be an impossibility.

Proper zoning and affordable land were nowhere to be found in urbanized Hollywood.

So a couple of former employees took what was portable and compactable and put it

all together in a convenient new space.

as well as many other hard to find construction trade gems at this great location.
